yah i guess... 10 cents isn't that much. but my dad told me not to unless i really have to.

No it's not a lot, but be careful they can add up awful fast.

Right around x-mas time I know 2 different PT'ers posted in the general section about how their children text messaged or downloaded ring tones too much and it all added up to hundreds of dollars in just a month.
