I agree, I would have your dog looked at by a vet. They have the equipment and expertise to make a diagnosis. I hope everything's ok.
I'm afriad to say it MAY be cancerous. But of course, it could also just be a cist,bump,ect. But I'm no vet so go to your vet right away!
Wow, I strongly suggest a trip to the vets ASAP. In just a few days time you have posted 3 seperate posts about 3 seperate health problems.
I hope it all works out for you but he really needs to see a vet.
