If you have purchased your product in a box, you should find your serial number printed on a "Product Authenticity Card" inside the box. This card is about the size of a postcard.
If you do not have your Authenticity Card, but you have access to your software program, try opening a blank page in your program on your computer and then clicking on "Help" in the top menu bar, and then choosing "About". Your serial number may appear there.
Your serial number may also appear on a "splash screen" <-- a quick intro when the program is launching.
If you have purchased your product on-line, your serial number should appear as a link in your Smart Receipt. You would have received your Smart Receipt as an e-mail shortly after you placed your order on-line.
If your software came with your computer, your serial number should have been provided to you by the hardware manufacturer that provided you with your software.
If you cannot find your serial numbers by attempting any of the above methods, please contact Corel Customer Support Services and we will check our Database to see if the product was registered for you.
If it is not registered and you have proof of purchase, we could supply you with a replacement serial number.
To receive a replacement Serial Number, please see the Answer Document using this on-line tool called "How Do I Obtain a Replacement Serial Number?" (Answer ID: 753547). NOTE: You can search by an ID number by clicking on "Search By" and choosing "Answer ID" and then putting the ID number in the "Search Text" field before clicking on "Search".
