Heartfelt congratulations! Lots of luck! I keep promising myself everyday that I'll stop. The dentist even gave me free samples of the Nicotrol inhaler which is just sitting on the table staring at me. I know it's just an awful habit from nerves. You'd think, after watching my mother suffer from COPD, that I'd have learned my lesson. Plus they're so expensive. Shame on me. I'm so proud of you and wish you success.
