Ok. It's in the works. Already got the time off. Will use income tax refund to pay for ticket. Then, I can just start saving up for fun. By the way, where will I be staying? Can anyone recommend a good hotel that's not too cheap or would someone be willing to let me stay with them? I'm getting excited!

Val, everyone is going to be asking about hotels and this year I have to sit down and make a list of the hotels that are around me. I would love to welcome you here - but I think I already have a full house. I will try to make the hotel list soon.

I hope to attend but can't commit to anything just yet. In the next month or so I'm going to begin a new j-o-b search and who knows what that will bring (hopefully lots of pay and quite a few vacation days ).
