Well, since I know what "it" means, I guess I have no choice but to accept Gini's gracious invitation and come to the party - with my sweetie of course.

When I wanted to go to last year's BBQ, Byron had recently bought a motorcycle, which was my leverage to say "if you get the motorcycle, I get the BBQ". I wonder what its going to cost me this year.

These are not the droids you were looking for

Thank you for posting the dates, Gini...I"m going to work on this one. My husband is starting a new job next week, but I think he can take time off in the summer. We'll try!!!

Randi & Lut, I don't know what RSVP actually stands for - probably something in Latin - but what it means is to respond as to whether you will be attending or not. I myself just learned what STFU means, and that is most definitely NOT Latin.

Right. It's what the neighbor shouted so therefore it's Korean... I think... right, Gini?

Gee Tonya, my Aunt Beatrice doesn't LOOK Korean Besides, I think it was the classy neighbors on the other side that were yelling over the fence. RSVP is French and means "repondez s'il vous plait" Please respond.

    Zip,

There was an accent but it wasn't Korean....I know that for sure!

RSVP is french - "Si vous plait" is all I know...the "r' is for reserve
It means "Please let me know if you are gonna be there...I'll set you a place at the table"

    Gini,

    Every second of it
