You have to have the pictures uploaded on the internet somewhere like zoto.com and photobucket.com. The breed ones you can just copy the url of the image page : http://www.hundekosmos.de/images/p10101202_517.jpg
and put the [IMG] [/IMG] tags around them so it looks like this (but without the *:
[*img]http://www.hundekosmos.de/images/p10101202_517.jpg[/img]

and it will look like this
