Have you never had gateau??? It's gorgeous. Gateau is French for cake, and they're cakes that have lots of lovely whipped cream and soft sponge. The chocolate ones have lots of chocolate dust sprinkled on them and gorgeous chocolate buttercream inside. Exremely fattening, but very tasty !
