I went to the dominican republic a couple years ago and loved it.They have great resorts to stay at and lots of stuff to do.Its not too expensive either,we stayed for 2 weeks and has something to do almost everyday. I havent been to mexico yet.I've also been to Trinidad & Tabago,its nice there but not the safest country to go too.Sorry i'm no help but those are the places i've been to in the carribean.
