Gosh I don't know if I could pick any particular one from the bunch. Of course my own baby's day was a very special one and I was so happy and excited, and I always love seeing PT doggies honored. Some of the pics are amazing, and some have stories that bring tears to my eyes and warm my heart. Piper's story comes to mind right away, but I know there were many others. The Dog of the Day is a very special thing, that illustrates perfectly the spectacular bond between human and dog, how they can save our lives, our souls, our hearts, over and over again. They are all each so very special in their own unique ways. Thank you so much for starting this thread, and honoring the wonderful Dogs of the Day for 2005!

Who can pick just ONE??? It's like being set loose in a candy store! Of course, it was always an EXTRA special day when one of our very own was the featuered honoree... Happy New Year to all of the very special pups who were honored in 2005!
