I don't like shedding but I'm so used to it and I know I couldn't live without pets so I've learned to deal with it.

I'd rather have long dog hair everywhere than short, as said before short hair is just too hard to get off of fabrics & the such.

    ditto leahmm!

with so many animals for many years, can't imagine living without a hair. really, I don't mind at all, sometimes I saw a tiny hair in my food, I shrug and eat! *I swear*. I also go out with black clothes proudly with whitefurs all over.

how cute you say it, chocolate puppy. I absolutely agree - see mine too! I wouldn't complain.
rest and sleep softly sweet locke..

For the most part I can tolerate it, but I cannot stand when my clothes get covered in hair.

I figure that I shed, we all shed hair so why be bothered. Sasha sheds alot, especially with our Chinooks. It can be -20 one day and +20 the next. The ferrets shed twice a year and the snakes shed about every 1-2 months.

Not so much that I don't mind it...more like, I've learned to deal with it. If I want pets, then I gonna put up with fur. With 4 pets, I need to put up with 4xshedding. I sware by those roller/tape things. My work clothes OFTEN get covered with fur, so I just get it off with the roller thingie. Phew.

I don't mind shedding, they can't help it. I can't say I am always THRILLED to get out someplace and discover hairs all over my dark clothes , but it doesn't really bother me too much.

I could do with less shedding. Seems like no matter how much I sweep and clean, there's always a lil' tumbleweed of Collie hair on the floor. When I had just Cairns, I never could figure out what all the fuss was about dog hair. Never was an issue with them. But boy howdy, do I get it now with the Collies.

It does help when I take them to the groomer to get their coats blown out, so I think that's gonna become a regular thing. At least every 6 months, if not every quarter.
