HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!

I'd like a gingerale with a cherry in it in honor of Mario who is helping me sort through all the stuff I stored in this house.

4 cnts too, please. The kids are a big help dusting and pulling things out of boxes whether I want them out or not.

Did have some good news today. The codes officer is going to work with me as long as I keep in touch with him. I have to report back in in 30 days. My brother is working through a local realtor to get me a house.

Of course, when the landlady gets hit with the "several violations" the codes officer said he was filing against the place, she may try to toss me out sooner. Lots of luck she'll have!

I was so relieved today that I took the afternoon off and took a long long much needed nap! I look forward to soon being able to keep something other than 7 up and soup down.
