We've got a Brother Intellifax 2440c at work & we are very pleased with it. We lost the CD it came with so we are unable to activate & learn how to use the scanner.(I'm mad about that one) But everything else works great. Takes 4 ink cartridges but they seem to last a decent amount of time and aren't too expensive either.
It was just about $200ish (give or take a little bit), a steal for that price. It even comes with a handset so you use the telephone which was hard to find in most other all in ones.
