Greetings to you Gorminou!!! Well, you might not be too pleased with your master dressing up for the holidays, but you sure do look cute! What our furkids won't tolerate for their humans! Thanks for the smiles, sweetheart! And thanks for being such a loving, best bud to your master, for helping to heal his heart after the passing of his beloved Bandit and bringing him so much comfort and joy! You are the best "Christmas" gift a human could ever wish for! I wish for you and your proud and loving Dad, a most wonderful and happy, fun and loved filled Cat of the Day celebration! I was quite surprised to open up today's COTD page and to see the picture that taught me that all my past assumptions were wrong and that Santa Clause is not a white human male, but rather a white-faced, gray cat. I am rather looking forward to seeing what this Santa will leave for me and all my cat buddies tomorrow, but I have a great fear that poor Santa will get stuck in the chimney.

Well, there's a big fish battle being waged in my oscar tank. I better rap on the glass and see if I can break it up.

Merry Christmas, Gominou - and all those out there who are fortunate enough to have given themselves to a cat. Or Happy Hanukah, Happy Holidays, merry solstice season, or whatever applies in your beliefs. At least, whatever faith or lack of faith we are and whatever holiday we celebrate or ignore, we here all know this to be true: Life is better when shared with a cat!
