I am so sad to read about Rocky. We all know how hard and painful it is to lose a beloved pet who has captured our hearts.
I guess it's a blessing that. like Rocky, my Cody became ill very suddenly. He actually "told" me it was "time to go" and he was gently and lovingly helped to Rainbow Bridge. I think it's our duty as responsible pet owners, to alleviate their suffering when they are no longer able to enjoy the wonderful lives they had. Rocky was lucky to have such a beautiful place to live. I pray he isn't suffering and passes peacefully. My thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time.

Thank you everyone for your prayers!

    Exactly!

So far, Rocky still seems to enjoy his life. He's still loving and friendly, and he's happy when you take him out for a walk. I saw him today, and actually he doesn't look very sick, but when you pet him, you can feel he has lost a lot of weight.

I hope he can stay with us for a little while, but I'm sure he will let us know when he reached the end of the road...

Oh Kristen, I am so so very sorry to hear abour Rocky man. This is so very sad to read. He lived a good long life, though, and he was very well loved. I am so sorry. Rocky and your parents will be in my prayers over the Christnmas season.

So sorry to hear. It sounds like Rocky has had a great life with a loving family and a beautiful home. I hope he has many enjoyable days left.

Sandra you're right - it's never long enough.
