Do you get holiday vacation?

I never work the weekend so I don't know if I'd count that or not, but we are getting out early today (within the next couple hours) and we have all day Monday off.

I work at a bar/hotel thingie..so we're never open Sunday, and we're closed Monday...We close at 5 on Saturday.

You all depress me.

I work at a dog kennel...the dogs still need to go out, eat, and get cleaned-so no vacation for me. I work both Saturday and Sunday, but luckily I have Monday off. I also work New Years Day.

It was supposed to be whoever works one, dosen't work the other...but oh well. It won't be too horrible, I think we get to leave for most of the day on Christmas, and just come back to walk the dogs and leave.

Took today off . . . I'll probably have to work some Monday though.

That's funny considering that I am self employed . . . geez my boss is tough! LOL

Well, I have the next 2 days off but that's only because I usually do. So nope, not a holiday vacation.

I go back Jan. 2nd. *9 days off!*

I have the weekend off, as I always do, and Monday off as my paid holiday. A three day weekend - woohoo!

I have 2 weeks off from school. December 16th to January 3rd

We are closing early today and then are closed til Wednesday. Most of my co-workers are off til January 2, but since I don't have kids I volunteered to work next week. I have the entire month of February off so it's no big deal! I wish was able to go see my family right now, but thanks to a very generous Christmas gift from my Dad, I might be able to in February!

I work for the Marriott, so open 24/7 . But I take lots of time off all year, since I've worked there 25 years. I have a month off now, well 27 days. And good thing too, since the dogs got the rat bait, I can stay home and keep and eye on them. Tom works for a school dist. and is taking a 17 day vacation. Then in Sept when school starts we take another 2 or 3 wks off. He has every holiday off so I take them off too. But no matter how long you have off, it's never enough !!!
