Christmas Card Swap

I mailed some of the cards out yesterday, and the rest this morning. We've received so many wonderful cards and pictures and love every one of them!

I received another card today from Dukedogsmom. Thanks for the beautiful homemade card. I'll be going out of town in the morning and won't be back until Dec.28th or a little later if the weather is bad so I'll have to wait and thank the rest of you later.

I love all the cards I've received, and, I thank everyone for the time they took in preparing them and sending them out. It's made me smile daily and that's a good thing. I have a confession to make, and, I should trumpet it out from the highest peak on Pet Talk mountain, because it's a huge confession. But, as it is, my voice is a bit hoarse and I'm only going to whisper it...out of shame. I've been unable to mail my cards, yet, and, so, all of mine will be mailed and received late. I've been sick for the past few months and unable to work a steady job. I've been able to work sporadically with a friend, and, am therefore able to buy Christmas presents for my parents. But, my funds are depleted. I'm not asking for handouts, pity, or even a reply to this...I just needed to say it. I hope no one is permanently upset with me. The cards I've made will be mailed soon...I apologize.

As I always remind people, the wise men didn't get there overnight, either. They can be Epiphany cards! (As I fear will many of mine be, because I just mailed them earlier this week.) And anyway, don;t people always say they wish Christmas could last longer? Well, Kari, you're just helping that to happen! Merry Christmas!
