Could I just get a 7 up? My tummy is upset. I wonder if life will ever be "normal" again. I'm hoping God has a nice house picked out for me and will help me find it and get there. It will take a miracle to get me and the cats moved. But this is the season of miracles, eh?

Chicken that I am, I'm afraid to get off the Internet because then my phone line will be free for her to call and scream at me some more. My blood pressure and tummy just can't take any more today.
No matter what anyone does, someone some where will be offended some how!!!!

    One 7-up for you .....

    DONE!

One parting shot when you move out.....

Tell her this, and yes you can tell her I SAID IT..

"YOU CHEAP BIATCH, If you had fixed the sewer the electricians would NOT have turned your SCROOGE ARSE in to the city...IF that don't work give me her number.....

IT's all her fault not yours.....the city will condemn the property and she is out of the rent she would get had you stayed.

Believe it or not, she said the sewer gunk in the basement was MY fault!
She's always telling me it's HER house when I would get something fixed so that's what I told her. The plumber's must not have called and gave her the bad news yet because she hasn't called and screamed at me lately. Of course, I am on the Net. Sometimes dial up is a good thing!

MOFF, check into any renter's rights organizations in your town. Sounds to me like finding a new place to live might be a blessing in disguise. Any landlord should be thrilled to have someone like you who pays her rent on time every month and doesn't cause problems. She will realize how good she had it with you once you're gone.

How 'bout some eggnog bartender....which, for some odd reason reminds me....thanks Richard! I opened your card in the car while Terry and I were on our way to a movie, so I had to explain why there was a dollar in it....and also what the picture of the ring was for......thanks.

Good morning everyone! Yipee! We only have to work a half day today....guess you all do too???

MOFF: How about packing up your stuff and moving in with me? I'm so sorry that you are having such trouble and you know that we are all praying for you. As others have said, all things happen for a reason and I do believe that there is another house just waiting for you. As for what Debbie said, I was thinking the same thing. Here: http://www.hud.gov/local/ks/renting/tenantrights.cfm Will this help you?

There are four bottles of Baileys on the counter and I've put some fresh coffee on. Help youselves and I'll check back later.
    {{{hugs}}} to all.
    xoxo
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!

Good afternoon all, and Merry Christmas!

MOFF, I'm sorry to hear about your housing situation. Something's gotta be done!! Take Debbie's advice and contact some renter's rights organization - look into the link Slick posted. I wish you the best of luck!! I'll try to send you the mail again, MOFF!

I'm been busy nonstop all day, so I could do with a drink now .... can't decide what, so you just pour what you think fit. Fister is now blocking my view .... almost, but it's cosy to have him here in front of the screen.

Edit: LOL ! Fister just managed to scroll down for me. I should train him to hit the backbotton too - or even go to next page!

R, could you PM me your e-mail address, please?
