    then why don't you do your best to try and talk your mom into letting her INSIDE or rehome her.. that is cruel to leave her outside..

    I am in agreement with GoldenLuv. She should get a new home. It's ALOT better then seeing her chained outside. I would be so upset if my mom did that.
