shes told me they are so aggressive if i get one when i'm older she'll only see me without the pup, so im trying to help show her that the only "mean" piities are ones who've been beatin and tought to be that way. Maximus is sweetest looking dog i've ever seen. *drools*

and jadapit, both of your girls are gorgeous.
did you have to have them trained any different from any other dog?

With Ebony, I use the nothing in life is free. She has to sit before she eats, she sits when she gets treats she gets her treat last. I make her sit before she can go outside. I walk her a lot around other people and dogs. I always crate her when we go somewhere for her safety. Pit bulls are really smart and so willing to learn. You have to show them you are the top dog of the house. I have had no problems at all with Ebony. She is so sweet and loving. My mom was a lot like your mom is but since we have gotten Ebony she has changed her mind a lot about pit bulls. Here are a couple more pictures to show your mom that they are not monsters.....

I have a mix! He is tick marked. Most people don't belive me when I say he is but you really have to live with him and watch the way he acts. He is full terrier.

i just moved into a house with my friends and they have a 3 pits as of now......jade, chaos, and blitz..........

those dogs are the most loving dogs....i would never pass up a chance to have one
