Well, today I received the Program medication in the mail so I decided there is no time like the present.......so I dosed them with THAT too.

The Program tablets are large and chewable, but what self-respecting cat is simply going to EAT medicine?? Do I decided to sneak them into their food. Since my own 16 cats eat their own measured amount of food SEPERATE from the other cats, I knew that if they ate, they would only get theirs and no one elses. The question was, would they eat?? So I broke 1 tablet up into about 6 pieces for each cat's dish and added only HALF of their regular amount of food. Hoping that they would then eat it ALL because they'd be hungry. Worked for every cat but 1 (there is always 1 in a crowd )

Jim ate the food and not the Program tab pieces, so I ended up pilling him 6 extra times with those pieces.

Then, of course they all got their daily Sporonox.

The Fosters, are another story. They are free fed so they are not hungry enough to just eat a dish of food, so I just proke the tabs up and pilled them with the pieces. I could [/b] NOT[/b] do Lizzie! After her Sporonox she was finished...."let me down or I will hurt you plenty!!!" And Carolyn was very hard, but we managed. Everyone else was good but I had to chase DaVinci around because he knew I was up to something.

Oh well, another day down and the Program won't be given again until the last day of the Sporonox, so today was the hardest day.
