Tell him to give you money then. I don't see why he cant give you a gift certificate for a store that you like? And I'm sure he knows what a border collie is, he is just being "cool". and if he doesn't, why can't he ask the people at the store to find him something with a border collie?

Amazon.com gift certificates are always a good bet, and you can get stuff for the dogs there too.

does any good stuff on amazone ship to canada? I looked on there and there was a note on every single thing I had an interest in that said it only shipped within the U.S.A.? I mean my mom and I have gotten books from amazon before, but until now I did not even know they had anything else lol so I started looking at what they had and everything said it only shipped within the states, after several of these I gave up trying

lol, the way you talk about Canada is like it is this far off place no one can get to I've never had problems with Amazon, e-bay or really anything. Yes, sometimes there are "ship only to US" things, but there are lots that ship to Canada.

Well seeing as there is an amazon.ca you shouldn't have a problem getting things from them...especially if you order from Amazon.ca. Chaters/Indigo also has a web site (and no I'm not just mentioning them because I work for them) were you can get gc's from. If I remember correctly you said that you just got a petsmart right? Well petsmart does have gift cards as well. But if it's books or music your thinking of I would say amazon.ca or chapters would be your best bet.
