Why would you bring your dog to petsmart if your dog has a agressive problem?

I feel so bad for that poor Pittbull, that lady should not have been allowed in the store with her dogs offleash, what if someone walked in the store with an off leash Pittbull? I bet there would be people running from the building screaming! Some people.
