We needs ta get Out & About more - but Hikin inna KOLD saps his strength purdy quick.
We been goin ta Wally's World ebery few daze -
an he *wanders* inside ta keep da legs werkin an give da Seekurity Gang
sumbuddie ta "watch".

His big complaint is not sleepin rite!
Eber since he kame Home - he can't get relaxed an fall asleep inna BigBed.
Soon azza head hits da pillow - he getz nerbus & jittery an hazta get "UP".
Sometimes sleepin inna Kliner Chair werks ...
other times he jest plays onna puter till he kant keep his head up an then
crawls inna BigBed fur a kupple hours.

He got sum 'spenzive Sleepin Pillz (Ambien) that aren't the greatest ...
they sometimes Knock him Out fur a few hours; but he's like a drug Junquie
all mornin till the stuff wears off. Wally's Rx: Gurl sed ta bust em in half -
that makes em a little bit more tolerable.

ALL Things considered ~
Dad's a lot better off than iffin he wuz pushin up Dazies -
but he'd like ta be feelin a little bit BETTER.

Your Prayers are *APPRECIATED*! ... We think he could use a few more.

Meanwhile - we'll be doin our best ta keep him HAPPIE!

I totally understand the being tired thing! My arthritis zaps me of energy too!
I have to rest several times a day!
Mostly, do what you can but don't over do, and rest often! It takes time to get well after what you went through.
Winter time is depressing for lots of us (me for example) but spring will be here before we know it.

I know thinks like this tend to play games with your mind. After my mom had her heart attack, she wouldn't go out of the house for the longest time becuase she was afraid something would happen to her while she was out and about. Took her awhile to get over that, so maybe you've got some subconcious thing going on where you think if you fall asleep you might not wake up, which would explain why you get all jittery and nervous. Oh, and did I ever tell you that I'm not a psychiatrist, but I'd like to play one on TV? Anyway, I'm not one to shy away from pyschiatrists and maybe it wouldn't hurt just to go talk to somebody....

Glad you're feeling ok otherwise, and glad you're keeping those Wally World security guys on their toes.

Try to keep busy and be sure to check in often and let us know if you need a boost in your spirits. However....hopefully I won't be sending any snowmen on Christmas day pics to boost your spirits.

Oh, and if you are on any med, that may be adding to the tired feeling.
Be sure and mention it to your doctor. One of my blood pressure meds, knocks me out for a few hours.

An Sherman is faithfully keeping yer bench at the dogpark "watered" so it'll be bloomin in spring (not to worry - he "runs dry" by the time he gets to that side of da park,... it's the thought that counts! ) Make sure to watch plenty of funny movies - humor is good for healing! Ho Ho Ho!!!
