Speckles Needs Prayers!

Oh Slick, I can't begin to tell you how sad I am about your sweet Speckles. Lots of prayers are continuing for her recovery. I can't afford much right now but I'm willing to help you meet the vet bill as best I can. Just ask.....

I'd like to thank all of you for your thoughts and prayers. I never knew that this could be so hard. It's going on 5:30am and I just can't get used to sleeping with only one kitty. Hopefully, I won't have to for much longer. Phred, I see that the Prayer Pups have the direct line open and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Momcat, that is so sweet of you to offer, but I'm doing OK financially. I will be making payments so will have the bill paid off in a few months. If you have some spare change, perhaps you could send it in JenL's way. She really needs it right now more than me.
To the others who have emailed me, thank you so very much. Your love and support means more than you know.

A final thank you for all who have replied to this thread and PM'd me. I really wasn't going to start one but now I'm glad Debbie did. Pet Talk Prayers do work miracles and I just know that this is the start of another one.

I'm anxious to visit my baby girl today and see how she is doing. I will post an uppydate later on when I get back.

I know just being hydrated makes a huge difference in how they feel, and that along with the antibiotics....careful now, she might be doing backflips of happiness when you see her.

I know you wouldn't have started a thread. You're a lot like Phred, always there in an instant for everyone else, but too humble to ask for help yourself. If I only learned one thing with Tubby, it's that PT is a powerful support group and is there when needed, all we have to do is call upon them, which is why I knew I had to start a thread for you and Speckles. You both deserve it.

Slick, I'm so sorry to hear that Speckles test results numbers are high.

I am glad to hear that you have some friends that live close by that can help you through this difficult time. Lots more prayers and positive thoughts are being sent to both you and Speckles and you know that you can always count on me for emotional support. Please take care. (((HUGS)))
