That's a nice one! My dad is hopefully going to make Finn a single hole one, for his water...that is just right for Nala!

You and your dad are very crafty with wood. Nala is lucky to have such great carpenters in her family. Will Simba and Kiara be receiving one as well?

It's perfect for your tall, leggy girl!

Simba, while being the big brother of the group, is lower to the ground and squarer of build, like his Pittie side of the family, so he might not need one!

The color is nice, but I understand wanting to paint it to protect and seal the wood - and make it easy to clean, too!

    Thanks everyone.

The reasoning for painting it is because you may not see it in the picture, but the trims are different colored wood/different types of wood.
Yes, there's storage in the bottom, the top lifts up. I'll probably store unopened bags of treats in there.

AWESOME idea, Kay.... I 'll have to get my dad to make Sadie one of those!! (They are just too expensive to buy). My dad is a contractor, sooo hopefully he can make it as good as your dad did, Kay! It looks great so far!!

BTW, I just love Nala's pink plaid collar!

It looks great, Kay. I really like it. I think I told you before but I really like Nala's collar. Where did you say you found them at?
