To be honest, when George W. Bush was elected President, I was upset. I have, since 9/11, changed my mind and have come to admire the man greatly. Every male in my family has served in the armed forces. I've even been able to find two great great plus grandfathers who served in the American Revolution. To say I love this country is an understatement. I pray for the President and our country twice daily. I also include all my Pet Talk friends in those prayers. This is Flag Day. This year our flag is even more dear than ever. Those who burn our flag just don't understand that they can't destroy what it stands for. Be proud of it and those who serve to keep it free.
