Poor Issac!!!! What a trooper though. Being from Canada, I also find it hard to believe how easy it is to get a gun in the US. It's sick. If what the report says is true, the cat was shot from far away. Had this person not had a gun, the cat would have likely ran if he saw someone chasing him agressively. However, people who are cruel to animals will find a way no matter what, and it's just disgusting!
