Just make a really rich and moist topping, then if the cake is a bit dry, it will be hidden by the sauce.
I'm getting ready to make the topping now... Its SOOOOOOOOO thin hehehe I guess the eggs make it fluffy, cause the last one I did was atleast 2 inches thick, not 1cm HAHAHA...
LOL, live and learn! I think eggs are one of the primary ingredients in cheesecake, so I'm not sure how good that's gonna taste.Keep us posted! Is your sauce a fruit one? If so add a bunch of real fruit to it to thicken it up...
