I highly doubt you were tormenting the dawg; dawgs are notorious for blowing actions out of proprtion! Just look how worked up they get when someone knocks on the door! I think meowmie needs to re-evaluate the situation and realize the dawg was just jealous that meowmie had your capable paws to help her and the dawg could not get up there to do the same.
