I'm very sorry about your dog Murphy. It sounds like she left peacefully surrounded by love, which is the best one can ever hope for. Sharing your life with a pet that you love deeply is so wonderful, but it's very hard to say goodbye. I'm sure you'll see her again one day though and she knows how much you love her.
