Wow, I personally like the way he looks. Not old at all. He was always too "Golden Boy Pretty" for me. Now he's very "distinguished" and he looks fantastic!

Other than the grey hair he looks the same to me, but maybe that's because I ocationally watch Becker re-runs.

I must say, I just seen him on Ellen today and he looks and sounds O-L-D!
I think greying hair is distinguishing but his is snow white
