Awww, thanks for making a thread for me, Rhi! And I get an extra day too thanks to your Aussie timezone.
Sorry I've been MIA here on PT. I do read along pretty regularly and pray for the people and pets in need. This semester has been pretty crazy as my parents have been abroad (Australia, New Zealand & French Polynesia with the majority of their time spent in NZ for my Mom's sabbatical) and I'm here trying to take care of the house and all that entails.
I will most likely be at home studying for finals tomorrow, but I am doing some celebrating today. I baked a big batch of chocolate cupcakes to share with everyone at work. I used a box mix, but I did add a yummy cream cheese and chocolate chip filling! They're quite good, if I do say so myself.
I'm actually taking Nipo in for her yearly today as well. I want to do it before the Christmas craziness sets in.
So this afternoon should be interesting – what with juggling a cat carrier and 20 some odd cupcakes. Maybe I'll get some pics from work today and then I can post them here. It will probably depend on how busy we are at the clinic.
Anyway, thanks for thinking of me and I appreciate the birthday wishes!
