I don't know if it's that easy. My GP told me the other day that if it were stress-or-anxiety related, the top number of my blood pressure would go up but the bottom number would stay pretty constant to what it normally was. Since both have gone up so drastically, he said he didn't think it was anxiety or nerves. Reason 1 of many I'm feeling a touch frustrated.
