http://www.iprint.com does postcards, however their minimum order is 250. I've always found their prices to be reasonable (I get personalized business cards done by them) and the quality is excellent. HTH

Have you tried Walmart & your other gorcery stores, department stores that offer photo services?
I know one of our grocery stores does postcards at their photo department but I know Wegmans is not where you are at. They are only in NY, I *think* they have a few locations in PA and maybe another state or 2 that borders NY.
Soar high & free my sweet fur angels. I love you Nanook & Raustyk... forever & ever.
i am only finding some but minimun qty are 100, 500, 1,000 or more.
maybe try walmart as kfamr did, or you can ask to a copy place, you can get a cd with the file and have it printed on a paper you want and in color, i´m not sure if you do that in the states but i do it frequently here, you get a nice resolution and its not that expensive.
edit: i just found this sites dont know if it works for you

US Postal Service REGULATIONS say:
To Qualify for the $.23 Postcard rate the postcard ~
MUST be at least 3.5" x 5" in size
AND MUST be at least .007" THICK = pretty "heavy" paper
the MAXIMUM size for a postcard is 4.25" x 6"
and at least .007" Thick (up to a maximum thickness of .016" is OK)
You CAN use a "standard" 4 x 6 Photo PRINT as a postcart -
IF (this is a BIG "IF") it is THICK enough ...
The Post Office wants a postcard to be at least .007" thick -
that's about the thickness of TWO sheets of 20# copy paper.
The typical "WallyMart" or drug store print is probably NOT "thick enough" to
satisfy the Post Office and their new automatic processing equipment.
I gave up after spending over an hour "talking" to the local WallyMart Store;
and the Fuji Lab that processes Wally's photos didn't have a clue how to
answer the question "How Thick is your photo paper?"
A local Photo Shop that has an in-house LAB might be able to help.
