Sam is sooo cute!! She must be a big handful being an Aussie pupper. I somewhat doubt that Mom was a mini, because Mini's are much much less common than standards, but who knows. She's adorable, though! I love her eyes.

My friend has a BC/Jack Russel and he looks exactly like Sam! His Dad was a broken-coated Jack and his Mom a black/white BC... apparently the mixture is common (along with mixing Jacks with Aussies) for performance dogs. As much as that is not responsible breeding. My friend got her boy from a family that was giving him away at 6 months old because his *real* high energy personality was starting to show and the cute puppyness was wearing off too much for them -_-

Only reason I said that she might have mini aussie, was the woman I got Sam from. She told me she didn't think Sam would get very big.
I guess she could have Jack Russell, she does kinda look like she may have some terrier.
But I still can't understand why her tail curls over her back, unless she might have one of the spitz breeds in her.
