    Kodie was darker on his back when he was a pup.





    Lucys starting to turn brown on her back legs,and some on her back.

    cali- technically all merle dogs are born merle. but he is very cute, and his color did seem to change. very neat color, what breed is he??

    kodie is very handsome!! cute little wrinkly face he had...

    he is a pyrenean shepherd. and actually pyrshep colour gentics are totally different from normal genetics, almosy every pyrshep completly defys all known colour genetics , people have been trying to figer out why that is for years, now finally one person is going around and taking DNA swabs of pyrsheps in an attempt to figer out what makes them differnt. his colour did actually change, he was born a very clear brindle, but as he got older the bridling turned to merling, some of the brindle did stay though, while he is almost entirly blue merle, his ears are still brindle, that brown hair on his muzzle is not a stain, its just brindle, he also has a little brindle on the inside of his back legs. his mom was bron compeltly lack and turned brindle, his dad has always been blue merle.

    hmmm thats interesting!! He is a very pretty boy too. I have never heard of that breed before. Learn something new everyday! lol

    Yeah Charlie is getting more red on his cheeks and hind legs as he gets older. Then again Aussies tend to get darker as they age to begin with. But I had a kitten once who was born white, turned light grey with dark grey face/ears/legs (like a siamese) and then turned pitch black.
