With time, the skin will tighten up and the pouch will no longer be visible as much.
Frankie was neutered last month and his skin has already tightened up.

LOLSo funny you would ask this because it's one of the things I asked the vet when Bon went to get his stitches out. As of now he still has a little sack there but it's slowly going away.
Angus was also like that and over time it shrank right up and you could never even tell it was there![]()

Yes Face was the same way, now u cannot even tell he had any to begin with. LOL
How old is he? When dogs are neutered later in life the sack doesn't always go away. My dog Buttons was neutered at 7 and his never went away. However, dogs neutered earlier in life will most likely have their sack dissapear over time. The sooner they're neutered, the faster it will go away. Make sense?
LOL what an odd subject :/
Finn still has a tiny bit of the sack left. It's annoying. But, that's ok. I still have hope that it will completely disappear, but, for now, it's still there a tiny bit.
