make jiffy cornbread mix according to box directions, when totally cool, crumble into large bowl. set aside. brown 1# kroger brand sausage, drain very well, fry 1/2 c onions, 1/2 c celery in sausage grease till soft, then drain. mix meat, veggies and cornbread along with 1T poultry seasoning (or sage and thyme) into cornbread, moisten if needed with chicken broth, stuff into 5# chicken cavity. any extra into greased casserole dish to bake along side chicken.
