Mmm very bizarre..... I put both Bubble and Squeak up at same time and same way and one has got a pic and the other has a url thingy!!!

Your pics are on Photobucket, right? To post pics from there on the new Pet Talk, you right click on the URL-address (top one), then go to PT, click on that yellow sqare thingie just above of your message, paste your pic from photobucket there, then click on OK . DONE No need to add[URL] now, PT is doing it for you!
