My silly Rascal

In my bedroom I have a ceiling fan and from it hang two pull chains - one for the lights and the other for the fan.

I was reading in bed last evening and all of a sudden Rascal did the strangest thing. I couldn't imagine what had caught his eye, but he was standing on his hind legs and reaching, reaching into the air.

But then I realized that the knobs at the end of the chains must have looked like huge bugs to him - and boy, was he ever going to get them. But he couldn't quite reach them and he tried and tried. That's my boy - never a dull moment!

Gini!!! I'm so glad I came back in to check in!! That is hilarious!!! Our chains are pretty short on most of our ceiling fans, but Helen decided to lengthen hers. She has a basketball pull chain on one and a softball bat on the other. Butter thinks they are there for hinm to play with, so I can just picture Rascal on two legs reaching for those pulls!!! I've witnessed that sight myself!!!

LOL Gini, that's funny!! Silly Rascal indeed! I can imagine that very well too, Casper and Kitty are after those flies which hover above them and they stand on their hind legs trying to get them.
Is there a chance Rascal will get to them?

LOL Gini. Cats will do the funniest things. I know that with my three I never have a dull moment. They are always enteraining me and making me laugh. That would make a great picture hint hint.
