    "Well, Mam... are they to large? To small? Defective?"

    "No, my cat don't like them!"

    "Mam, these are HUMAN slippers, NOT animal slippers"

    "I know but my cat don't like them!"

    "Mam, what does the cat have to do with it ?"

    "You don't own a cat do you!?"

    That is what would have happened if he hadn't approved of them?

    I guarantee there was no catnip in them, I had only just unwrapped them and put them down, but he may have noticed the name and got confused .... Hush Puppies.

    Well, I haven't bought new shoes for about 6 years but Max treats my old ones just the same. Everytime I come in the door and remove my shoes, Max is all over them. He sticks his nose right in there......and believe you me....my feet aren't a bed of roses at the end of the day.

    Randi, those slippers look so comfy and I'm so glad that Fister has given his approval. After all, they will be worn in his domain.
