stupid stupid lady..!

I have no idea where she lives,but i have an idea of the area she lives in.I'll go out tomorrow morning again to see if she's out.Mabye i'll see where she lives so i can give the humane society an address. I'm going to talk to my parents about reporting her,remember i have to make sure its ok with them first.

Oh thats ok. My parents absolutely hate animal abuse as all dog lovers do. I want to make sure that they want to report her.
