a stand needs to be taken for sure, the list just keeps growing larger, last I check over 90 breeds were banned in italy, including-collies, border collies, corgies... one look at italy and you have proof that BSL snowballs, if you ban 1 breed for a single dog attack that you would have to do the same with ALL breeds, we would have more dogs
