Just checking in on our favorite fireman - glad to hear it's a good (if not sleepy) report. I second Staci's suggestion of chammomile tea and a warm bath/shower. Lavender, although "girl-y" , is very calming. (Softsoap makes a nice lavender 'n milk shower gel that isn't too perfume-y.) You could try a sachet of "the real stuff" tucked in your pillow case. Eucalyptus is also very calming.

Ok, since I'm in class, I suppose I should take notes, not write them.

Check in again when you can! Hope you sleep/feel better!

Mr. Google sez I shouldn't plan on finding the Chamomile Tea Leaves on the local
Big Burd (Giant Eagle Store) shelves.

I'd never live it down iffin wunna the Fiur Guyz came in and "found" that stuff!

I think the ole Three BEERS before bed otta do the trick!
Wonder if they should be Bud LITES instead of Hi Test??

I'm just reading this now, and gosh, I'm glad you are on the mend, Phred! A few beers are usually good for closing the eyelids, so what the heck . . . it IS Thursday, so if Richard's cyberbar is still open (or am I shamefully behind in the threads . . . I know I am . . . sorry) why not partake?!!! Open or not, I will toast to your good health!

    Not True
Lipton carries it and the Celestial Seasonings carries a sleepy time tea that has the same stuff. Just go check out the tea Aisle - incognito if you must!
