Just keep giving phred that therapy that he needs. There was am article recently about pets being the best therapy for post op patients. I'm esure you guys are doing your best to help him recover. Keep up the good work.

Just checking in on our favorite fireman - glad to hear it's a good (if not sleepy) report. I second Staci's suggestion of chammomile tea and a warm bath/shower. Lavender, although "girl-y", is very calming. (Softsoap makes a nice lavender 'n milk shower gel that isn't too perfume-y.) You could try a sachet of "the real stuff" tucked in your pillow case. Eucalyptus is also very calming.
Ok, since I'm in class, I suppose I should take notes, not write them.
