I've started to have some flare ups of what I suspect is arthritis myself. I am referencing here an article about the anti-inflammatory properties of cherries. I eat the dried cherries and I do believe they provide some help for me.

A prayer and best wishes coming you way.
Back home from doctor. He did a echo, to see if there were fluid inside the joints, but he couldn't find any. He says that "of course" he wanted to know where the severe pain comes from; so he wants me to go to the hospital tomorrow for X-rays . I wonder what they will see on those![]()
. I will have the results only NEXT week
. In the meantime? All I can do is take lots of painkillers and hope that things won't get much worse

I am so sorry to hear this. Did he say anything else would help - heating pads or something like that? My mom swears by heating pads when her hips hurt. Many prayers for you.
So sorry to hear about your pain, I do hope it improves to being tolerable while you wait for the results. My chiropractor does wonders when my hips are causing me grief, I thank goodness for his talent.
