Dogs are the easiest for me because you can train them and pose them.

Cats are a close second, but only because mine are lazy and sleep... a lot.. so you can get lots of sleeping pics! They aren't as trainable as dogs though and you can't really pose them, cats are more independent and do their own thing.

I've never tried anything other than cats and dogs though, so I can't say about the others!
