I voted sports. 95% of my excersising is at Taekwondo class. We do all kinds of work out like 25 push-ups, 50 crunches, 50 Jumping jacks, and so on. Which is 3 times a week. But the days I'm off I try to practice. The other 5% is at working with my mom, Horseback riding, and occationaly bike riding and softball. Also, in the summer I like to go swimming, that is good excersising.![]()
