AmberLee I thought of you last night. The instructor for my exercise class on Wednesday refers to herself as "a drill sargent on speed." I have taken classes from her for years and she is funny and cute as a button but......slackers need not apply. It is always in fun but I do feel myself not wanting to incur her silly looks.

Perhaps Livvy could be dressed up in an appropriate outfit (I can't decide -- Patton or Jane Fonda -- in her workout phase) and do the honors???
