The only time that anyone ever seemed afraid of Bella was at Petsmart when she was wearing her Halti. I heard the mom of a little girl there whisper to her that she shouldn't get near her because she was wearing a muzzle.![]()

Some little kids are afraid of Snowy because she jumps up on them to lick their face.

It depends, most people are afraid of Shadow because shes a Rottie and when shes wearing her halti they freak out thinking its a muzzle...there have been a few people approach me when I'm walking the Jack russells and people generally don't get very close but look at them from a distanceAnd most people aren't afraid of Jack, usually only little kids because he loves to give huge sloppy kisses and kids are the perfect height for him.

Can't remember anybody being afraid of Murph. He's small, cute and light colored and that tail of his is always waggin'. He's great with kids and non-dog people too, because he doesn't jump up on'em. My nephews, who are afraid of dogs, warmed up to Murph first. I always have people rushing up to pet Murph and they never ask. Not necessarily a good thing, but he just doesn't intimidate anybody.
I think because of his size and eye color, Oz scares some people. I've had people shy away from him and ask if he bites, before they'll pet him. But then there's times when I go to the park and have tons of kids rushing up to pet him. He's gotten calmer as he's matured and he doesn't bark at people, so I think that helps. He's definitely turned into the favorite of my nephews, so his gentle nature finally overcame their fear of his size. He's the one they always ask about now.
Gull, however, because of that dark coloring, size and tendency to bark at people, if they approach from a distance without saying anything, is very intimidating. So pretty much all strangers are automatically scared of him. He's extremely sweet and friendly though. He's downright gregarious, if you talk to him and get close to him.

I hate it when people do that. Any dogs that are:-
- Rotties
- Dobermans
- Staffies
- black & tan dogs
- German Shepherds
- or any fighting breeds Akitas, Bull Terriers etc
- large breeds of dog
I own a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who is my first dog so it has never happaned to me but I know plenty of dog owners who have this problem. Why do people do this unless you terrified of ALL dogs!!!!!!!!!!
Oh yes of course, I mean the cocker spaniel is such a vicious dog! Poor Pepper never gets attention. Autumn has the sweet eyes going for her and is so well behaved that people either walk right up to her or walk right past her because she shows no interest in them when she's walking right by me.
